Note:

2. Installation is easiest with two people

Step-by-Step Installation

1. Mount between the canopy flap locking mechanisms (If mounted in the way of      the locking mechanism, you will not be able to clip the canopy flap closed).

 2. The Base plate must be mounted underneath support beams inside the canopy roof so that when the Folding Lockable Angle Bracket is mounted to the support beams, the box can lean against the angle bracket.

 Install the Base Plate

1. Position the aluminium base plate so its top edge is flush with the top edge of the canopy base.

2. Use the holes in the base plate as a guide and mark their positions on the inside of the canopy base with the marking pen.

3. Drill pilot holes using the Tek screws and then remove the screws.

4. Attach the aluminium base plate to the canopy using the Tek screws, ensuring it is securely fastened.

Fit the Folding Lockable Angle Bracket

1. Test Positioning: Take your empty BinneBox and rest its front edge on the installed base plate. Hook the side latches of the base plate onto the hooks of the BinneBox.

2. Hold the BinneBox upright, supporting it to prevent it from falling backwards.

3. Place a spirit level vertically against the back of the BinneBox to ensure it is at a 90° angle (While parked on level ground!).

 Bracket Positioning:

1. Fully open the angle bracket until it locks in place.

2. Position the long arm of the bracket against the back of the BinneBox and the short arm against a support beam on the inside of the canopy roof.

3. While firmly holding the bracket and the BinneBox in position, mark the bracket’s screw holes on the canopy roof support beam with the marking pen.

 Drill & Attach:

1. Remove the BinneBox and carefully drill the marked holes into the canopy roof’s support beam with then Tek screws, then remove.

2. Attach the short arm of the angle bracket to the support beam using the Tek screws. Leave the angle bracket open and locked.

Final Fitment of the BinneBox

1. Reinstall the BinneBox onto the base plate, ensuring the latches securely hook onto the BinneBox.

2. The back of the BinneBox should rest firmly against the long arm of the angle bracket for stability.

Complete Setup

1. Return all items to the BinneBox.

2. Your installation is now complete—ready for your next adventure!

Optional: Folding the Bracket

1. If you need full access to the canopy side flaps or interior, unclip the BinneBox and fold the angle bracket up to the roof by releasing its locking mechanism.

Enjoy your newly installed, secure, and organized BinneBox setup!
